I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is just perfect, right at Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport, making it super convenient. The rooms were spotless with an open view towards the monorail, and the bed was so comfy. The service was top-notch, everyone was so polite and made sure I had everything I needed. The dining experience, with a great view of part of the city, was superb. The facilities were excellent overall, though Wi-Fi could have been included in the rate.
